Online Payment known issues
1. Netbanking : Money debited from account but result showing "Payment failed"
This happens when your bank fails to communicate with our payment gateway's pooling bank to confirm that they have completed the transaction.
Our PG still has no idea whether the payment went through successfully or not.
Only at the end of the day, when reports are exchanged our PG comes to know that this particular payment was successful.
In such cases your money will be automatically refunded in the next 4-5 working days.
2. Debit Cards : Transaction always gets declined
MSPDCL or our Payment Gateway has no control over whether your card issuer allows a transaction or not.
